Job Description

Our local PA manufacturing client is searching for a Controller to lead a small accounting and finance team. The position will report into the CFO of the organization. Ideal candidate will have experience with implementation of a new ERP system. Candidates must be local to the Exton PA area only please!

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 10+ yrs of manufacturing accounting and finance experience.
• Strong history of mentoring and managing a small team of accounting and finance professionals.
• Advanced experience with accrual accounting and GAAP reporting.
• Detailed financial close experience in a very timely manner
• Inventory accounting with strong cost of goods sold exposure
• Strong account and balance sheet reconciliation work.
• Previous history of operations and forward-thinking business trends
• Partner with engineering and operational team to support FPA functions
• Strong systems and previous ERP implementations.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
