As a Clinical Recruiter, you're passionate about talent acquisition and candidate experience. You'll be an expert in building talent pipelines in the clinical space. Your work is critical to the growth and success of the company.

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for clinical positions
• Lead the full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate, and close top candidates
• Use data, your experience, and industry trends to create sourcing and closing strategies for a diverse slate of candidates
• Provide a high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel; develop trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and process to make recommendations for improvement
• Promote Octave's employer brand

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• 1+ years of clinical recruiting experience
• Experience in corporate recruiting is preferred, but not required
• Demonstrable ability to partner with and influence business leaders
• Ability to create and execute passive sourcing strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time and drive progress without direct oversight

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Must be able to observe and communicate information on company provided laptop.
• Move up to 10 pounds on occasion.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation :

Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly rate range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.

The hourly rate is $40-$45. With the role, there is potential to convert to a W2 full-time employee.

Additionally, this position is eligible for the following benefits: company sponsored life insurance, disability and AD&D plans. Voluntary benefits such as 401k retirement, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, dependent care and commuter/parking options are also available. Octave offers generous Paid Time Off as well as paid parental leave benefits.
