Centric Construction is growing — and we’re looking for talented, driven individuals to join our Kansas City-based team. We are currently hiring Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers to support our expanding project portfolio. As a Project Manager at Centric, you’ll lead or support commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Whether you're earlier in your career or bring years of experience, we have opportunities that match your skills and goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing or supporting the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards
• Identifying and resolving issues on-site with confidence and clarity
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders on project progress and needs
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and compliance with safety protocols
  

Assistant Project Manager:

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry

Project Manager:

• 3–7 years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Senior Project Manager:

• 7+ years of experience in project leadership
• Expertise in managing complex or large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
• Track record of mentoring junior team members
