CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Job Description
· We are looking for a full-time Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is helping and assisting in all construction site tasks as required by the project scope and is physically demanding. We are looking for a go-getter to learn and grow with the company.
Qualifications
· Minimum one year experience as a Construction Laborer
· Ability to carry out strenuous physical tasks.
· Must follow direction and leadership.
· Bondable.
· Clean drivers’ abstract
Tasks
- Assist in framing, construction, renovating residential homes and other wood structures.
- Order, pick-up, and transport various construction materials and tools to work sites.
- Operate various hand and power tools.
- Site Clean: as needed
- Site Prep (New Projects)
- Garbage cans / bags
- First Aid kit
- House Protection (Poly, Tape, Ram board, etc.)
- Attend Safety Meetings (Each Site/Week)
- Maintain Tool Inventory
- Property Maintenance (Yards/Driveways)
- Vehicle Maintenance – as needed
- Re-stock work vehicles once per week.
- Other duties as required
