About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer / SVP to spearhead the marketing function for its conscious leader ecosystem and community. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with conscious leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in brand positioning, growth, and marketing execution. The CMO will also be tasked with shaping the brand architecture, messaging, and positioning, and will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. Key responsibilities include leading go-to-market strategies, developing premium content, and overseeing PR, media, and speaking opportunities. The role also involves designing marketing approaches that foster community engagement, building strategic partnerships, and managing marketing infrastructure and operations. Applicants for the CMO / SVP position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years' at the CMO/SVP level. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create and grow highly engaged communities, expertise in experience design, event marketing, and a strong background in engaging premium or luxury markets. A deep resonance with conscious leadership and a commitment to systemic impact are essential. The role requires a leader with a strong operational and analytical background, capable of scaling marketing functions and providing strategic guidance to the CEO and founders. The CMO will also be involved in advising select portfolio ventures, making a strong background in marketing operations, systems, and analytics a key qualification.
