About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead a transformative, category-defining role in architecting the brand, growth engine, positioning, and market narrative for the next decade. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying brand, growth, lifecycle, content, and marketing operations into a high-velocity system that scales recurring revenue, strengthens retention, and builds long-term enterprise value. The CMO will be at the forefront of brand architecture, market narrative, and will lead the charge in growth, acquisition, and full-funnel performance, with a particular emphasis on scaling subscription and tech-enabled service businesses. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record in scaling subscription or tech-enabled service businesses. Deep expertise in SEM, performance marketing, and multi-channel growth is essential, as is experience in building brand strategy and creative systems that deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires a leader with a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a cultural alignment with the values of heart, hustle, grit, and humility. The CMO will be expected to build and mentor a world-class marketing organization, ensuring high accountability, high creativity, and high performance. Success in this role will be measured by the definition of the brand, the clarity of the narrative, and the performance of the marketing funnel within the first 6-12 months, and by the establishment of a marketing system that scales enterprise value and sets the company apart in the market within 18 months.
