We are seeking an experienced CFO for our client, a dynamic and fast-growing fashion apparel e-commerce company on a mission to scale. With strong brand positioning and a loyal customer base, they are poised for significant expansion and looking for a strategic and results-driven CFO to help them double their revenue and drive their next growth phase.

The Role:

As CFO, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the company meets its aggressive growth targets. You will be the financial voice in the room, standing firm with stakeholders to drive decisions and execute the company’s vision. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments , has deep experience in e-commerce or consumer brands, and can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Growth Strategy – Partner with the CEO and leadership team to create and implement a financial roadmap to scale the business.
• Optimize Financial Performance – Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Stakeholder Management – Confidently engage with investors, board members, and external partners, effectively advocating for necessary financial and operational initiatives.
• Fundraising & Capital Strategy – Assess and secure funding options to support growth through equity, debt, or alternative financing.
• Operational & Supply Chain Efficiency – Collaborate with teams to enhance financial discipline, improve margins, and manage cash flow effectively.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage financial and operational data to provide actionable insights that drive performance and business optimization.
• Team Leadership – Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, instilling strong financial controls and best practices.

Who You Are:

• Proven CFO or senior finance executive (VP, Head of Finance) with experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
• Track record of scaling businesses and driving financial strategies in high-growth environments.
• Strong financial acumen and operational mindset , capable of making data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with private equity, venture capital, or other investors , with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable standing your ground in executive discussions and pushing for initiatives that drive results.
