About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, oversee all financial operations, and manage associated risks to ensure the organization's financial health. The CFO will be a key partner to the USA CEO, collaborating with the executive team to foster business growth and sustainability. This role involves assessing financial KPIs, recommending strategies, and evaluating investment and acquisition opportunities. The CFO will also be responsible for regular financial reporting to the board of directors, managing margins, and conducting financial forecasting. Additionally, the CFO will lead the regional budgeting process, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and manage relationships with third parties such as auditors, banks, and local authorities. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a comparable role, with a strong preference for those with a background in consulting firms. Experience in multinational companies with a presence in the USA is essential. The CFO must possess strong organizational, proactive, and analytical skills, and have a proven track record of working closely with executive management. A Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a similar field is required, along with a Master's or Postgraduate degree in financial management. The candidate should be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have in-depth knowledge of financial and tax regulations in the USA. Leadership, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments are also key requirements for this role.
