About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial strategy and operations during a significant growth phase. The CFO will be a pivotal figure in the organization, working closely with the executive team and board to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that are in line with the company's mission and goals. Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing risk to protect the organization's assets. The role also involves developing and managing the annual budget, as well as working with the development team on fundraising and grant management. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a CPA preferred, and 8-10 years of senior financial leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of healthcare organization operations, proven management and leadership skills, and strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in financial analysis, data-driven methodologies, and trend identification is essential, as is a commitment to continuous improvement and a strong ethical standard. The CFO will be expected to have advanced knowledge of risk management and to ensure the organization's financial integrity through the implementation of strong internal controls and effective communication with stakeholders.
