Remedy Labs is a leading hemp manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products through innovation and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our team and support our manufacturing processes.

Job Description:
As a Lab Technician at Remedy Labs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. You will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing samples, and maintaining accurate records to support our manufacturing operations. This position requires a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laboratory/ industrial laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality control checks and assist in identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any issues related to product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records throughout the manufacturing process.
• Adhere to food safety protocols while handling products.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field or military experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work space.
• Knowledge of and adhering to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Primarily laboratory-based work with some exposure to manufacturing areas.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
