Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Pay: $19/hour
Location: Onsite or Remote (state-specific eligibility applies)

About the Role
Bring your heart to work! Our Member Operations division, part of one of the nation’s largest Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) businesses, is hiring Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) . In this role, you’ll make a real difference by helping members better understand their pharmacy benefit plans.

As a CCR, you will handle inbound calls, answer questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and provide compassionate, clear solutions to simplify members’ healthcare experience. You’ll receive paid training, continuous development, and career growth opportunities within a Fortune 5 company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound member calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information on prescription insurance and coverage
  • Assist with mail order prescription inquiries
  • Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions
  • Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving support

Work Environment

  • Onsite Roles: Candidates must live within 75 miles of designated locations
  • Remote Roles: Candidates must reside in the state listed on the posting and meet work-from-home requirements, including:
    • Reliable internet with approved speeds
    • Secure, distraction-free workspace
    • Completion of 6+ weeks of training (virtual or onsite depending on role)

Training & Schedule

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM local time (no time off permitted during training)
  • Post-training: Full-time schedules, Monday–Friday, with flexible start times available (8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 12:15 PM).
  • Split shifts may be available after training.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience (6+ months)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Reliability and consistency in meeting schedules and compliance requirements
