Job Description

Clients are requesting candidates for a Business Systems Administrator to support and enhance core Salesforce instances. This vital role focuses on maintaining data integrity, ensuring user accessibility, and improving overall system efficiency, while also collaborating with end users and cross-departmental teams to support key organizational initiatives. Responsibilities: System Support & Maintenance:

• Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce in alignment with security, data privacy, and organizational standards.
• Respond to and analyze help desk tickets, providing troubleshooting, usability improvements, and proactive solutions.
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles to assist both end users and internal staff.

• Assist with large interdepartmental projects such as year-end receipting and new software implementations.
• Lead smaller, team-specific projects as assigned, collaborating closely with CRM team members and leadership.
• Actively participate in agile and DevOps practices to contribute to team efficiency and project success.

• Ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability of data across the Salesforce environment.
• Translate common user needs and recurring issues into actionable user stories and work items for system improvements.
• Communicate technical solutions, strategies, and value clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or a related field required.
• Experience in Salesforce required; Salesforce Administrator certification (or higher) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Analytical and technical problem-solving capacity with creativity, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
