This is a full-time, entry-level position —  no specific degree or prior experience required . We care about attitude, work ethic, and potential. If you bring the right mindset, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across different departments, including:

• Administrative Operations : Scheduling, reporting, document management, process support
• Building Management : Overseeing facility operations, supporting maintenance and member needs
• Sales and Customer Service : Assisting with inbound inquiries, tours, member onboarding
• Accounting Support : Data entry, invoice tracking, assisting with financial reporting
• Fulfillment and Logistics : Helping manage warehouse inventory, order processing, and customer deliveries

After completing cross-training, we’ll work closely with you to  allocate you to the department where you show the most strength and passion , building a customized career path for you.
