Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Brickell Avenue, Miami

A busy, well-established immigration law firm located on Brickell Avenue is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English–Spanish) – fluency in both languages is required.
• Previous experience in a professional office environment preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
• Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day office operations
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
