The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Barbacks to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Barback, you will contribute to the team's success by tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages, and providing excellent guest service and support to your team at all times. Pay

$17.87 - $17.87 / hour

What will you do?

  • Ensure all bar stations are fully stocked and impeccably organized before, during, and after service
  • Support bartenders in prep, restocking, garnishes, glassware, and ice management
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all bar areas, including counters, tools, and equipment
  • Assist with juice pressing, syrup preparation, batching, and other cocktail mise en place
  • Polish and organize glassware, tools, and bar equipment with care and consistency
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels throughout service to ensure uninterrupted workflow
  • Coordinate with service, kitchen, and dish teams to streamline operations and maintain pacing
  • Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, teamwork, and excellence
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment

More about you

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or craft cocktail bar environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktail components, and bar tools preferred
  • Ability to lift and transport heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift, move or maneuver up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
