Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant
Location: Duluth, MN (Commutable from Two Harbors, MN)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Saturday
Pay: $42,000 – $100,000 per year (performance-based)

We’re seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. This is a great opportunity for candidates in Two Harbors, MN, who are open to commuting to Duluth, MN, to build a career in automotive sales with a dealership recognized for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
Assist customers in choosing products that meet their needs and guide purchasing decisions
Communicate with current and potential customers via phone, text, email, and video
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Use apps and technology to support sales activities
Seek out and develop customer networks throughout the community
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Competitive, high-energy personality
