Job Description

Position Title: Assistant Property Manager
Company: Hunter Hamilton (on behalf of our client)
Location: Onsite - South Hills area/ Mt Lebanon, Pittsburgh, PA
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24-25/hour

Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support our affordable multifamily apartment communities. You'll help with leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations-making a real impact by helping individuals and families find quality, affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism and care

  • Conduct property tours, process applications, and complete move-ins and renewals

  • Support compliance with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.)

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and help ensure property appearance

  • Assist with rent collection, reporting, and occupancy goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service required

  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred (training provided)

  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

  • Reliable transportation for property visits
