Pay Rate: $24-25/hour
Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support our affordable multifamily apartment communities. You'll help with leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations-making a real impact by helping individuals and families find quality, affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism and care
Conduct property tours, process applications, and complete move-ins and renewals
Support compliance with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.)
Coordinate maintenance requests and help ensure property appearance
Assist with rent collection, reporting, and occupancy goals
Qualifications:
Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service required
Knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred (training provided)
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Reliable transportation for property visits
