Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Gun Parts/Body Tubes Assembly Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Beacher, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Assemble assigned components according to assembly drawings and job requirements
• Meet production goals and ship schedules, ensuring subassemblies are ready on time
• Complete and submit necessary production paperwork by the end of each shift
• Monitor work visually to maintain quality standards and notify supervisors of nonconformance or operating difficulties
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and disassemble scrap products for salvage

What's Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and personal accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math and computer skills
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, reach, lift up to 30 lbs regularly, and 40 lbs occasionally
