  • Create 3D models and renderings to illustrate and communicate design intent.
  • Evaluate compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, ADA, and safety standards.
  • Partner with engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure constructability and execution.
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Travel occasionally for site visits and client presentations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to retail/financial architecture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field, with 5+ years of experience in retail, corporate, or commercial architecture. Experience in the design of the banking or financial industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio: Strong body of work showcasing design range and technical skill.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility requirements.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Brings a strong creative vision paired with practical problem-solving skills, while remaining humble, collaborative, and eager to learn from others. Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a team environment, and contributes positively to shared goals.
