Location Onsite at 100 Deforest Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936 Contact Call: 248-728-6420 | Email: Madelaine.Yu@stefanini.com Shift Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities You will develop and implement accounting practices and procedures. You will provide and interpret data from accounting records and coordinate accounting services and integrate them with operating needs. Oversee the management of processes such as fixed assets, leases, intercompany cross charges, new accounting rules, restructuring programs, and accounting for joint ventures. May include people management responsibilities. Manage elements of the monthly accounting close process including ensuring accurate and timely US GAAP/local GAAP reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and KPIs. Provide insights into balance sheet movements and cash flow; support implementation of process change projects. Ensure strong controls and compliance with AER policies in the area of scope. Coordinate accounting services and integrate them with operating needs. Provide and interpret data from accounting records as needed. Lead projects to harmonize, improve efficiency, and drive changes to AER processes and systems (e.g., NetSuite, SLAN, FIT/HFM reporting tools); foster continuous improvement. Lead implementation efforts on new accounting guidance. Contribute to a high-performing Finance team and invest in the development of Finance peers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field (MBA/CPA a plus). 5+ years of accounting/finance experience with increasing responsibility in a corporate environment. Experience using NetSuite and Tipalti tools. Results-focused with ability to work against demanding deadlines. Additional Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience and local market.
