What You’ll Do Trust reconciliation and comprehensive compliance testing Cross‑tested contribution calculations Preparation of Form 5500 filings Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth and accurate plan administration Communicating with plan sponsors and advisors This role is ideal for someone with 3‑5 seasons of hands‑on experience managing the full compliance cycle (“soup‑to‑nuts”) in a TPA environment.
